Yesterday driving up Atlanta Road, I noticed that a large swath of land just north of Paces Ferry, behind Bella' Pizza, had been cleared. I remember seeing zoning signs in front of the old ramshackle house there just south of Jane Lyle Rd, but never bothered to look the case up on the county website. It looks like the development is going to be considerably larger than I had anticipated. Anyone have any intelligence on this one? Thanks!

From my quick searches, it appears that it is Edward Andrews Homes building a housing community called LyleBrooke. I can find no direct info about it, but it does look like CRP EAH bought the lot in January, and searching for that linked to Edward Andrews Home Builders. And searching for CRP EAH Atlanta Rd found a site plan review schedule for something from Edward Andrews on Atlanta Rd. So that's my 2.

Doh - I guess those apartments I recommended in another thread are no longer there. Oops.

Nope, they're still there, and it looks like they'll remain!

Drove past there this morning. The homes look like they are going in off of Jane Lyle on the right.
