Folks

the community close to Chathooche river zip code 30067 seems to have pretty good schools

I just took drive to that area and the condos in the area seem to be affordable but on the hill

4100 Riverlook Pkwy Marietta, GA 30067

seems to be one of the units available for about 120k

Is this area ok?whats upside downside of buying a condo and moving there(young family) - we are very new to Atlanta and have not much idea about the areas and don't have money to buy a sFH as yet

Plz chime in with your observations

If you really like condos that are close to the river trails, then that's the place to be.

I like the trails too, but prefer not to live in a place that only has one way in and out.

Some people use Columns Dr off of busy Johnson Ferry to access the trails, so there is that traffic as well as resident traffic.

Otherwise, I don't really know about the condos themselves or the kind of residents they attract.

You're right though, at that price, a decent SFH in the area would be hard (if not impossible) to find.
