Recently purchased a new home and have been having an issue with Comcast coming on my property without my prior knowledge/agreement to connect new neighbor homes with cable and internet. My issue is that they lay the cable and take weeks to put it underground from the tap/pedistal going to neighboring homes.

I have contacted Comcast to provide evidence that they have easement/right of way to the Tap and so far after four calls, nothing. I have called the county Deeds and Land records without any from them. I checked my deed which very vaguly outlined easement but did not specify which company.

When I contacted the county Deeds and Land records dept, they told me to contact the builder as they will have records of who they have allowed to enter.

Any help on this guys?

Thank you!

Specifically for you, no. Utility easements are usually not company specific but noted as "utility easement" or some such language.

Those would include cable, phone, electric, water/sewer, natural gas.

Right of way refers, usually, to roads/streets, etc.
