Wow, really? And somebody on another thread told me they wouldn't suggest Kirkwood as an option to consider in my house hunt, because it's not safe with me being a single female.

Ha! lol. Well apparently they are, because Kirkwood single family homes are upwards of $200k! Thanks for the drinks, but make mine virgin; I don't do alcohol. Two drinks in, and I'm dancing on tables!!! NO BUENO.

Hey, what do you think of this area? I've been watching this home for a month, and it hasn't moved. Over 1600 sq ft, gorgeous inside, and a two car garage. Is it in a bad zip code or something? I can't make out the neighborhood. It just seems to be Ormewood Park, East Atlanta, Grant Park ADJACENT

That is very much unincorporated DeKalb county, reason for the low price. Any area you are interested in, visit during the day and at night. Stop and talk with all kinds of neighbors, black and white.
