Yeah, I loved the Green City thing but there's no way it would've been comparable in price to the other two. So the better of the two feasible options definitely won.

I liked it even more after I happened to see these two images in windows side by side.

Oh well at least one of the designs I voted for won. Hopefully sin(uosity) design will look better once it's lit up at night.

So what was the point of the vote if the committee could just overrule the "People's Choice" anyway? Green City Spectator was given the same guidelines and implementation budget as Sinuosity, so why then was it not feasible enough to vote for it? That makes no sense. Clearly a superior design in every way.

Right! Someone needs to ask about this at the DRC meeting tomorrow...I won't be able to make it.

Is this necessary to repair the bridges or make them safe? If not, and if it is really only an aesthetic upgrade, couldn't all of the money be put to much better uses?

Making it multinodal. A cycle track will be built to better connect Georgia tech and Midtown. Once complete it looks like you will be able to ride from Midtown Station west on to Peachtree place and than travel along Williams street to get to 10 street cycle track. Riding west along tenth street from Midtown station isn't welcoming at all.
