Folks in Texas are well aware that the bad guys can show up anywhere. Unless I am mistaken they recently had to fight off an invasion by the U.S. Special ops (who are probably mainly northerners). Fortunately Chuck Norris blew the whistle on them just in time.

Hey they are all about strict land owners rights -and- free communal use of federal public property.
