The area is already served by 3 MARTA Stations. All projects are within 1/2 mile of a station. Midtown Alliance is updating is blueprint plan and expanding bike infrastructure.

Give it time? Midtown can only get so dense before it makes more sense to go south

The transportation planners have serious work cut out for them in that area!
I am on the Spring St. corridor southbound every day on a GRTA bus during the evening commute.
It can sometimes flow surprisingly well but it can be a horrible mess of solid southbound traffic. At it's worst, the gridlock can extend from north of 14th St. on down to below The Varsity.
I honestly can't imagine that such unbridled messes will go over well with newly-arriving tech firms, the announced huge NCR operation much less the myriad of already existing midtown businesses & residents who utilize the area streets.
