Atreus Homes & Communities
Anyone with experience with this home builder please leave your feedback.
Research online shows that the communities are very affordable.
I plan to view some of there communities in Febuary and I would like to know if anyone has had a good or bad experience with this company.
If you can recommend other new home builders in Cobb and/or Douglas County, I would appreciate it.
Single Family Home - Price range $140K - $200K.
Thanks for your feedback.

Atreus Homes-
Better known as; Homelife Communites!
And you'll find plenty of negitive here. Just search Homelife.
And for what its worth- Don't give them a dime.

Really??? I was under the impression that Homelife just changed their name to Atreus like a week ago! You must be the busiest agent out there!

Actually it was about 2 months ago they changed their name and I was respecting their name change from Homelife. If you would rather me say Homelife and then changed to Atreus, OK!! I have had very few problems with either...

Do you know why they changed their name? Seems a little early to make such a dramatic branding manuver

I expect the same service from Atreus since the management did not change. My past experiences with Homelife have been good..

It could truly be for any number of reasons-
But generally see it for to reasons:
Change in ownership
Relief from a negitive stigma
But since it's a private company- we'll probably never know.

Either which way leagally the name changes does not relieve them from any contract obligations.
