I've been gone for a while. My message was not to clear I understand. My Wife and I We are still learning about different areas nearby Atlanta. I haven't started to look for a job yet, because I am tided up in Omaha NE. We are only learning at this time of all the areas we could live in. Just wanna know opinios of people about good possible areas for living. I don't have a lot of money to invest in a big house. I'd probably buy in the vecinity of $150,000. I've seen many 4 and 5 bedroom houses even for less than that. Like averybody else we are looking for low crime and accesibilty to malls etc. We are considering Atlanta mainly for the weather (my wifw hates the cold), I don't mind it at all. I have no idea how well are 3D detailing drafters would be paid there. I'd like to know.

Most 4-5 br homes that are selling for under $150k are going to either need alot of work, be way out in the suburbs, or be in areas that are less than desirable.
