I think it's fair to critisize a regional dialect, and I think it's understandable that some might not want to be depicted that way.

Anyone who's going to the championship match, be sure to allow extra time not just for parking/MARTA/traffic, but rain. Lots and lots of rain Saturday.

And I think it's fair to called those who criticize as being silly and being ridiculously too up tight

It's not just regional culture thing but it's a pop culture thing slang to fit the attitude of the monument. There clearly pitching to some millennials as well Atlanta being known for southern and urban culture.

Yea but there are multiple slogans and sayings for the club representing all groups. Lets be patient and see what sticks. I honestly thought Unite & Conquer was bland since our mascot seems to be a train engine or rail based. Rail guys dont really conquer anything but its ok. Nothing to get pissed off about and target people who may like it.
