It was just that real estate was a constant drag until the foreclosures were absorbed.

But transportation was one of the advantages of Atlanta. Still is with rail freight and air. But roads are becoming a disadvantage.

I 2nd that! All these companies are moving here but all these corporations are automating everything and so are the salaries..... Great for job growth but it aint nothing if u not payin nuthin.
