I moved here from Miami about 8 months ago and now I have to sell due to work. The community I live in is very nice with great schools. Does anyone know someone who will be interested? My community has alot of transplants from NY, California and South Florida.

You just described every development in Dacula
All depends on location, etc., are you in Hamilton Mill, Auburn, 316/Harbins?

That's true , sorry i'll be more specific. The subdivision is called Yorkshire Estates. Its actually in Auburn but across the street from Dacula about 2 miles from Hamilton Mills. They just built a new Publix a block away. The house come with alot of upgrades plus a large fenced yard that is not on a hill. Also the association is low because there's no pool. Another good thing is the subdivision is built out so there are no empty lots. I hope I decribed it better.

Send me some details at my H*otmail acct. mbuckley4418at...... We are trying to relo to the area from Waxhaw, NC. I can't really know how much I can take off the home I have for sale until I REALLY know what I have to spend to get a comparable home in GA. I have a 3000sq ft home for sale for 325,000 in NC. I am hoping to be able to spend <250,000. I have looked at AT LEAST 30 houses so far from John's Creek to Cumming (office is in Norcross on Peachtree Industrial) and I am very confused.
