There are actual a ton of celebs who have homes or condos here in Atlanta. One of the reasons they like it so well is that we don't have the paparazzi element here that they have in NYC and LA. The celebs can actually go out into public here and do whatever they want to do, and with the exception of a few fans maybe asking for autographs, they're realtively left alone. At least, no swarm of 50 photogs hovering around their car, etc.

Of course, we're not a dense walkable city like NYC, and there aren't any huge street-shopping districts like in L.A. here either, so you're also less likely to see a celeb WALKING anywhere in Atlanta.

I grew up in NYC and seen allot of stars myself, lets see, William Griffin aka Rakim was in my 6th through 8th grade class. LL Cool J we went to so many cookouts out in Dix Hills NY too much fun. Mike Tyson, Dana Dan, Darryl Mitchel aka Chili Dog-cousin to my son on his dad side of the family, Dr. Dre, Mike Spinks-too many times-Erica Cane aka Susan Lucci, 50 cent the list can go on forever, but during all these times I dont recall the paparazzi element. My spouse did 16 years for NYPD and he did bodyguard work for P, Diddy, Leonardo DiCaprio , Sylvester Stallone, still no paparazzi,

I have seen here in the ATL Emmanauel Lewis and another actor (can remember the name) from Law and Order.

Growing up knowing allot of famous people I have never been star struck though maybe this is why I just dont recall the paparazzi elements

Hubby saw Whitney at Hartsfield Jackson the other day. Said she looked healthy, had a ton of people with her.

i saw elin woods during the masters weekend at clydesdales on northside drive. i think she was with a bachelorette party, i could not believe it at all but i looked at pictures when i got home and it was definitely her.
