Those cones have been on Windy hill between Spectrum Circle and the BP gas station.

Half of the right lane has had those cones since April or before Summer.

What are they doing? What are they constructing? The construction crew is not there everyday.

When will they open up the lane?

Traffic gets crazy at rush hour with half a lane closed as everyone is driving down that hill.

Anyone with answers?

It's pretty annoying to have that right lane closed when you're trying to get on 75 north. You get backed up with all the other folks heading west or south. And the crew isn't doing anything in that lane. There's no workers and no equipment, and nothing up ahead. It appears to be closed just for the hellofit.

I've seen drivers go around the barrels and use the lane anyway during the afternoon rush.

Except they aren't doing anything there. All the crews and the equipment are before (east of) Spectrum Circle.

I dread when the real work starts on the DDI. I may have to take Powers Ferry regularly.
