They are not including all the costs in that number. Like the cost of land and reinforcing the parking deck it will connect too.

I am sure they will find other "buckets" to make up any difference anyways. Like the parks losing $21M that got redirect to the Braves. Some other areas of the county may suddenly have budget shortfalls too...

For reference, the Buckhead Station Pedestrian Bridge costs nearly $30M.
