I'm not a huge fan of the senior living portion of the development. Also, the residential tract facing Spring Hill is odd. Will this be townhomes? They really should scrap that and make it a lush area which I'm sure the homes on Estates Lane would prefer.

For the record I live walking distance to this development and I am for it.

Look at all that wasted space from surface parking. No matter how much this area wants to become walkable, mixed use; developments like this, where surface parking separates the street from businesses, will continue to make the car the only way to get around.

The cut out quite a bit of surface parking looking at the updated dropbox link. Still a fair amount, but not nearly what it was previously.

That's fine, but just move the buildings to the street and having parking in the back.

Any news on this?
How can I get updated on what's happening and which grocer/stores are possibly coming?
Thanks!

Here's a copy of what I believe is the latest site plan

https://www.dropbox.com/s/iipffzt2m4...P-39_.pdf?dl=0

If this is the final version, its $600K townhomes surrounding a modest sized natural grocery and a few store fronts. This is a big improvement over the original plan.
