I own property in the area and have known people there for years and I don't notice the airline noise at all.

Camp Creek is a great area. The stop sign issue is definitely a big one and I'm surprised there aren't more accidents over there. I'd say to look around b/c you can live 5-10 minutes away and pay A LOT less than living 1-5 minutes away.

You'd see a lot of police there b/c the East Point police department is located there. Also they want to make sure people enjoy the space and patrol often.

Yes! That two stop sign intersection is sooooo aggravating! I never thought about a roundabout, that is a great suggestion!

There are many new homes in South Fulton County. Through good negotiations, a buyer can potentially save thousands extra; it’s all in knowing how to level the playing field.

The South Fulton area is great, though right around Camp Creek Marketplace is congested. And the stop sign in the shopping center is ridiculous!
I have lived in SF for 11 years, in an outlying area. SF was not desolate nor run down, nor all black. SF was undiscovered, but not any more.
The majority of new residents are black.
Subdivisions range from cheap poorly constructed houses to upscale. A little further out is more rural with homes on large acreage. You can find anything you'd like.
Traffic is certainly increasing but nothing like the northside, where I lived for 20 years.

What area do you think is the black for middle class blacks? South Dekalb or South Fulton?
