Cobb has consistently under-estimated the cost to the public. For example, the Buckhead MARTA pedestrian bridge was much shorter and carries ONLY-peds. It costs $30M, there is no way this bridge is longer and has to be reinforced to carry buses will cost 1/3 the costs of Buckhead's bridge.
