Yes, people will bike from Kennesaw, Woodstock, Roswell, Dallas, etc. all using the amazing bike infrastructure provided.

Not a whole lot if they wind up having to build nothing but parking spaces because no one budgeted for a certain bridge as well as any circulator buses.

Sure they will get new developments, but less than if they had not built stadium. There are plenty of studies that have shown the stadiums are not the huge boon for the local economy they are portrayed as.
Gravel parking lots on $2M an acer land will not be as much benefit as having productive businesses and residents living there.
Cumberland is already behind it's peers on this cycle of development and the stadium hasn't even opened yet.

So... a 1-2 acre drainage pond is much better for that area than $1 billion in development bringing a plethora of new entertainment options to the NE side of the city. That must've been a nicer pond than I remember.
