Went to Picture Show yesterday for the first time and it is $1.00 for matinee. The full price theatre a poster mentioned is close by but not the same theatre.

There's one in Lawrenceville, as mentioned above. However they've changed to $2 for nighttime movies, and $1 for daytime showings.

Considering it's age, it's still a nice theater if you don't mind the 20 yr old seating style they have.

Might as well just go to Redbox or MovieCube and rent for a dollar. They're all over the place now.

I know there is one by Gwinnette Place Mall like right near the interstate. Not exactly sure the address though.

Yes, but the $1 theater is across Johnson Ferry at Merchants Exchange.

I actually love the venture cinemas, they usually show movies that have just left the big movie theaters or about to come on video.

Its 1.99 and they also have a concession stand, cash only though.

It can get as crowded as the big movies, so just make sure to get there early if its something you really want to see.

It isn't a dollar theatre, but the Starlight Six drive-In only wants $7 for a double feature, and I think it's kinda fun to sit outside in a lawn chair to watch a movie.

Welcome to Starlight Six Drive-In!

I had a hard time finding Picture Show at Merchant's Walk/Exchange. It's on the SW corner of Johnson Ferry Rd and Roswell Rd (hwy 120) in East Cobb County. It is located behind a strip mall on Johnson Ferry that has a Trader Joe's and shares a parking lot with an LA Fitness. Hope that helps!

It's not on the corner cited. It's one block east of that corner, at Roswell Rd and East Cobb Drive.
