The Falcons have sold PSLs for 12,997 seats for a total of $116.7 million, according to figures obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution from the Georgia World Congress Center Authority through an open-records request.

But the figures also reveal that the vast majority of seats in the 71,000-seat stadium are yet to be sold.
Only 18% sold. It looks like many fans aren't buying in (whether they can afford it or not), or at best, are in wait-and-see mode after back-to-back losing seasons. Meanwhile, the sales team is telling people that this place will sell out, and reportedly, that not paying up "will be the worst mistake of your life." This has been amusing to follow in the news and on the message boards.

To be fair, I don't think it is reasonable to expect every seat to sell as a PSL. Regular people still need to see the game too.

Apparently, the sales team and the contractor in charge of the PSL program expect every PSL to sell. I agree that it's unreasonable, but that's not what they're saying, whether that's just salesmanship or not. Sadly, the Falcons don't necessarily care about the "regular people," and the reports from the sales meetings have shown as much. There's a Facebook group with testimonials about the process, and the sales tactics, as least some of the time, have looked pretty slimy.

I don't think they are selling PSL for every seat though. In the link they say they have already sold out of the $10k PSLs for the mid level seats. Which implies that there are not upper level PSLs.

The upper level PSLs are in the $500-2000 range.

Oh, I thought $10k was the lowest. Still, doubt they are expecting to sell every seat as a season ticket.
