My wife and I are planning our first trip to the area in December. With an eye on retirement and relocation, we would like to stay on the south side of Lake Lanier. Not particularly interested in a 55+ community, but, hoping someone can give insight into areas/towns such as Flowery Branch, Braselton, Buford. We would like to live on 1/2 acre of land, but, not too far out of the towns mentioned. Any info would be appreciated, and if anyone can recommend a realtor, pls direct message me. Thanks, RK04
