I agree, Joe. We are starting to get some striking designs in this cycle.

What I love about this one is that it is literally half a block to two entrances of the Buckhead Station. If they ever do cap 400 here, this is going to be the new 'ground zero' of Buckhead.

Nice rendering of the Wood Partners development at Peachtree & East Shadowlawn, right next to Trader Joe's.

Man, that is pricey. "...rental rates would range from $3,800 to $5,800 per month for its units."

Of course you are not getting socked with property taxes.

Lordy. Someone could have about a million dollar mortgage on a big ole house with elbow room for that rental rate, arjay!

I work in Buckhead and you can't even go out for lunch on Piedmont and Peachtree because of traffic. How laughable for people to think the super wealthy will take Marta when every car you see is a Bmw, Mercedes, and Infinti when I drive home.

Sorry but I keep hearing well served by Marta, but traffic keeps increasing. Go figure! Either some people are delusional or really need to stop with the build it by Marta slogan and the wealthy will ditch driving.

The vast majority of the traffic in Buckhead isn't people who live there.

Demand riders prefer rail and making as little transfers as possible, they will never ride a bus.
