I would say Buckhead, especially for the commute. 400 southbound from Lenox Rd all the way to I-85 and into Midtown is absolutely terrible in the evenings. Easily one of the worst stretches of highway anywhere in the metro area during the evening rush hour. And unless your boyfriend's office is very close to a MARTA station (highly unlikely if it's truly in Roswell), he will be driving so there's no way to avoid it.
