OP, check out Martins Landing. I know several couples there, one of which has a 4 year old.

They all love it. Good luck!

No can do. I'll refer to lesbians in any manner I choose, thanks. I have dyke friends who use that term.

So here we have you arguing with an actual lesbian over whether or not the term is offensive to them.

All I know is that if you called one of my gay girls by that name, you'd be in traction the next day.

Wanted to circle back on this thread and let others know that in May, my wife and I moved to Roswell and we absolutely love it. The downtown area has wonderful restaurants and there are plenty of great natural areas that are beautiful and easily accessible. We have had nothing but positive experiences with our neighbors and everyone else we have met. I work in Dunwoody and find where we live to be a very convenient commute. We haven't met many other gay couples here yet, but also still getting adjusted. Hope that others will make the jump and help grow the community in this awesome town.

I, and I'm sure others that participated in this thread, are delighted (but not surprised) to hear this.

That's quite the statement you made. Have you lived in other countries to know that the world isn't friendly? I have heard different. There are countries where they see each other as a fellow citizen and not they or them or the other. Are you white, heterosexual, and male? Live your life and **** whoever has a problem with it? It's not that simple. When you grow up privileged «race, gender, wealth», it is easy to make remarks like that.
