I've always lived in apartments, usually apartment complexes, which are really easy to research and find. I'm interested in trying a single family home in Dekalb County. Fairly low budget, no more than $900. I'm just not entirely sure the best way to go around finding a SFH rental.

Good luck finding a SFH for $900 in Dekalb (unless you go to some of the really not so good sections). I pay $1200 for half of a duplex in Brookhaven.

I'd assume I'd be in "not so good sections", at least according to other people. Obviously, not Brookhaven or North Druid Hills or Avondale Estates.
