I'm aware of that, but I'm talking about actual Southeast Atlanta meaning things south of I-20 and points southeastward inside of the city limits like The Villages at Carver, Pryor Road, etc. Not the areas that just so happens to be east and south of the designated boundary lines per the city's quadrant system like Cabbagetown, which is technically apart of East Atlanta.

Actually, the dividing line for N-S on the eastside is Edgewood Ave and Hosea Williams Dr.
Dividing line for E-W is Peachtree/west peachtree, Capital/Hank Aaron, and Pryor

I don't think that's how it works, and whoever assigned me an address agrees.

That is the Google overlay showing official quadrant map of the City of Atlanta per the legal designation in the city code.

Duh, but this is the funny thing most lay people doesn't consider Cabbagetown as "Southeast" because Cabbagetown is due east of downtown. Hence why I said "East Atlanta" not the literal designated neighborhood named East Atlanta. The parts of Southeast Atlanta that most people think about are south of I-20 and east of I-75/85 not Cabbagetown or Edgewood or anything north of I-20...

I have always thought of Cabbagetown and Edgewood as southeast Atlanta. But maybe I am biased because I grew up on the south side.

Everyone who lives in the neighborhood knows it's SE. It doesn't really matter what other people incorrectly think. A lot of people also think Edgewood Avenue is Edgewood, but that doesn't make it so.

Here is the thing I'm talking about apartments in the portion of Southeast Atlanta, south of I-20. I don't know why you made this apart of the conversation. I'm talking about the areas like the Villages at Carver, Jonesboro Road, etc. Apartments are at or slightly below $1,000 for 2 bedroom/2 bath units. This is what I'm talking about.

Excuse me, but you are the one who responded to me, trying to correct me when the fact is, nothing I said was incorrect. My post was a commentary on rents being higher than mortgages for houses with more square footage, a phenomenon I find baffling and interesting.
