So I've been looking into Verizon Fios and i've tried multiple addresses for alpharetta, Sandy Springs so far and all addresses as far as apartments that is come back with no serviceable areas. Anyone in the Atlanta metro area have Verizon Fios? is it an option in some areas? or is the serviceable areas wide and scarce?

No but you should look up Google Fiber.

Many apartment complexes have contracts signed with a single provider, so even it's available in the area, you wouldn't necessarily be able to get service.

that would be a good option to, though I may be able to get special discounts for Verizon Fios which would make it the better deal.

It isn't available at all in Atlanta.

Verizon has zero plans to expand FIOS into Georgia.

Google Fiber is going to be available in some parts of Sandy Springs.

Saw online it's only in selected cities, hope they can expand but who knows, guess for now it's not an option at all in Georgia.

There's probably zero chance that FIOS would come to Atlanta. Atlanta is AT&T territory with their major presence here. But I keep hearing that Google Fiber is supposed to start residential installations within the next few months. I'd take that with a grain of salt, though; I've read elsewhere that it usually takes a few years for Fiber to be ready -- Google has only recently started the construction process.
