What is the word on Greenhaven? They put out a press release the other day so presumably they are still organizing.

Notice in their press release they lump all crime together...Not violent crime or homicide. Yes, Virginia Highland and Buckhead have quite a bit of property crime because it's known as a wealthy area and there are a good number of car break ins, etc. That's annoying, but people don't get shot walking around there. Southern DeKalb Co has much higher rates of murder and actual violent crime. They conveniently left that out.

Once again you keep lumping the whole South Dekalb area together.
There are areas that are very safe in South Dekalb just like there are some that are not.Even so,the worst area is not like you have to fear for your life.

Why would an a neighborhood of houses ranging from $600,000 to over $1 million be in a bad area where people have to feel unsafe?
Sandtone Shores is not even a gated community.
