Yes, particularly now that the office complex at Lavista and Northlake Parkway, which used to be heavily occupied by medical and dental offices, has been torn down.

As an aside, Northlake is a hotbed of high quality, reputable, fairly priced dental offices.

Looks like Emory may be making a major investment at Northlake. They are flat on a tear.
