I've read and watched a lot of articles and videos on the subject. I guess I can kind of understand why some people wouldn't be on board, but basically I think it's the only thing that's going to save metro Atlanta. If not for gentrification it would be a war zone. I believe it's necessary to root out the unwanted elements. I'm moving to east atl on the Dekalb side and I hope they continue building and changing that area because I want my property value to increase and it won't if I'm surrounded by future felons of America.

Translation- Ship them out of their own neighborhood that they've lived in longer than you have because they're poor and can't afford the spike in taxes with no regard to where they go and what they do to the next community.

Translation: "The black ones scare me because I assume they're all criminals."

Reality: Atlanta's diversity should be celebrated not segregated.

I'm not a racist. I'm a realist. I'm also a minority and I'm sick of unsurpervised teenage miscreants terrorizing people and getting a slap on the wrist. They're unashamed about what they do and I'm unapologetic about wanting to see them go.

I am black and they do scare me. Absolutely, and black criminals don't care that I'm black. I don't get a pass. Ever heard of black on black crime? These kids terrorize their own neighborhoods. They don't go to buckhead because they're filled with so much black pride that they won't hurt one of their own, and you'd be a fool to see the crime stats, to watch the news and not be afraid of them. Again, I won't apology for having common sense.

And I never said a race. Clearly any race of people can be, and are dangerous. You guys are the ones that said black. So you can put that card back in the deck because I don't want to be around juvenile delinquent. I don't care what color they are.

This is true.

But let's not forget that the non-black peole who have moved into East Atlanta are the ones who brought diversity to the area

This is true and you can't have diversity if people are moving out as quick as they come because of the crime that's mainly being perpetrated by a certain demographic.
