Builder went bankrupt and the Sudivision is about 1/4 filled with the remaining homes (65-100%) complete. Where do the people that are here go to get street lights put up? I wish my agent had shown me this area (Governors Walk) ahead of time. I could have gotten a GREAT deal on one of these!!

Find out who the local power supplier is- GA Power, Suanee, etc. and talk to them. The subdivision could be on their list already and just hasn't gotten there. If the current residences haven't already done so- get an HOA started. Then there maybe some pulling power as far as getting street lights installed. Also, ask the local law enforcement office for help in getting the lights (no street lights make it hard for them to patrol at night).
