Yikes, weeks 4 thru 6 have them running the gauntlet.

But it's probably good to have a super-tough schedule. If the Falcons can't beat these teams during the regular season, they have no business making it to the playoffs anyway, only to flounder around on the field and get destroyed by them then.

Problem is still with our QB. Rest of the positions, esp on defense, are steadily improving under Coach Quinn.

I gotta agree here. I have been a huge Matt Ryan supporter but he has to be on the money this year. If vintage Matty Ice shows up we'll be in good shape, if he starts tossing just as many picks as TD's then it's going to be a long year. This schedule should also alter the draft plan, we're going to need some ballers on defense if we want to hang with the likes of Denver, Seattle and L.A.

The new stadium is probably the safest place in case of a tornado threat. Atlanta has no chance of a touchdown there.

At least 4 of the last 6 are home games. Makes up for 4 of the first 6 on the road. If the can come out of those first 6 with a winning record, looks like it will be a good season.

I'll say 7-9, just don't think Ryan is going to make that next step required to be one of the top handful in the league even as some of the top QBs move out. He looked like he could, but hasn't made the transition say a Newton clearly made last year.

You mean against a peaking Cam Newton and improved Jameis Winston? I don't think Matt Ryan's mechanics are good enough (anymore) to keep up with those guys. Ryan peaked years ago....
