Good start. I like that the I-20 west HRT extension is on there. The station rehabs/renovations also planned are sorely needed in my opinion.

Of course, two of the projects on that list (Clifton Corridor & I-20 east BRT) will only happen once DeKalb County decides to join in on the 1.5% sales tax fun.

Outside of the Bankhead station I think they should not rehab the rest of those stations and use that money for something else on the list.

I think they can get about 2-3 stops in on the CC in the city of Atlanta

What is the difference in the two drawings? Will onew be implemented before the other?

Also what is the difference between BRT and ART?

BRT would be dedicated lane, signal priroity, and off boarding fare collection.
ART would be no dedicated lane, but maybe signal priority and frequent service.

I guess they are separated into two images for readability.

I think BRT vs ART is they are roughly the same but BRT would be more like an LRT in that it would have decent sizes stations and what not. But both are designed to have a more minimal set of stops to make the routes more efficient. You'd have to transfer to local routes to get to a more granular stop.

It'd be awesome if they used vehicles that looked like LRT too as that would help remove the stigma of buses on the BRT routes. Here is an example from France BRT
