Stone Mountain, Margaret Mitchell's home, or the birthplace and/or final resting place of MLK would do in a pinch. But, a googly-eyed mechanical chicken is too iconic to overlook.

USA Today totally made the right choice. In many ways, they're like The Economist of this great country of ours.
