Looking for nature related activities suitable for kids ages 7, 12 and 14. Fishing, water related activities like canoeing and such and anything else you may think would be fun for families. Camping would be also fun. Any camping areas you would recommend not too rustic as this would be our first time camping. During our last trip to the area last summer we did the tree top adventures and we all thought it was awesome! Thanks

try the chattahoochee nature center, i haven't been there recently but when i was a kid in the 90s they had all sorts of different things to do. a lot of people like camping on lake lanier, but i don't know how rustic the campsites are. that would be a good place to fish also. i googled and found this also; they do canoeing and such down the river: Chattahoochee River Tubing, Canoes, Kayaks, Rafts | Shoot the Hooch

i hope you have a good time here in alpharetta!
