There's more than enough women in Atlanta for you. It all depends on your approach. One thing I noticed here a very long time ago there are a lot of "Swingers" down here. Many people are paired up and find another couple to have relations with. That's very common down here. You find all types; the church goer (that has an undcover lifestyle), the bi-sexual woman who's completely confused and wants the best of both worlds, the transexuals (Watch out there's quite a few that will really fool you), the woman who has the looks& personality, but she's bound by 3 kids w/2 different fathers. Basically, there's a lot down here. I would say the same for Up North...but it shouldn't be that big of a deal for you because you're not looking for anything serious. You'll be find. MAKE SURE YOU WRAP IT UP! You may want to look into a mouth condom as well. LOL
