My wife is interested in an executive assistant positionn for major entertainment or event firm. She has built a solid entertainment company {moderator removed} however, will still be working 9-5 for 6months to a year. . In the past I requested information on diversed communities, actually I would rather a middle class minority community, young married couples with kids. Good schools is inportant, community and youth centers, dance training and pools. We will be renting for the first year in GA. I'm interested in 3-4 bedroom homes, with backyard space to rent! Looking to move in December of this year ! Thanks for all your help in advance!
Best place to look for available rentals craigslist: atlanta classifieds for jobs, apartments, personals, for sale, services, community, and events to give you an ideal of price range and where these properties are located. I remember LovinDecatur mentioning something about an available property for rent around $1600/month in the Decatur (city) area in one of the other recent (past week or 2) thread postings.

They're not entertaining a fallacy, if they don't want to be in area that 60% white with just a little variety (as one of the other posters put it) that's they're preference. They're obviously ain't catch up with all that nonsense, they're looking for a decent area with good schools and that safe for their family. Everybody don't care for living in an all exclusively vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, pistachio, or mocha coca latte subdivision.
