Not barely escaping. The gov vetoed it so we didn't barely escape it. Barely escaping would mean he passed it into law then went back and changed it

Your are correct, I should have finished it with a question mark. My apologies. I was taught punctuations are important and I forgot it.

Exactly! Except whatever misinformed drivel you stumble upon. Don't accept it.

And at least cite your sources.

Actually, I just looked at it and I did place the question mark.

Not rude but pointing out dumb threads. Similar to if I made a thread in the Boston forum asking the same question. Things have to be pointed out so that you will know in the future. Similar to someone with bad breathe. Someone has to tell that person their breathe stinks so they will correct it in the future. I know someone with horrible breathe right now and they dont know it because nobody has told them

There are 40+ skyscrapers being built in our urban core. We just got two new stadiums. Our inner city rents and home prices are skyrocketing. Neighborhoods in and around midtown/downtown are so hot homes stay on the market for days if not hours. Millennials and young professionals are flocking to Atlanta, and companies are relocating there. We have new food halls, a beltline similar to NYC Highline, and Bon appetit magazine just named an Atlanta restaurant the best new restaurant in America. Where on God's green earth are you getting your ideas about Atlanta becoming undesirable?

Some people on this thread are rude. The op had a legitimate question. THey heard some misinformation and wanted to get clarification. Instead of being a jerk one should just answer the question or not respond at all especially with off topic nonsense about what another state is doing.

Atlanta (the city itself), has over the last five years significantly increased in appeal. A report came out the other day that the city's concern is that too many people want to migrate back into Atlanta from the suburbs. The east side of the city in particular is one of the hottest markets in all of America. Many homes in the area last only one day on the market before selling for over list price. The Beltline has continued to grow into one of the best projects in Georgia. Ponce City Market was a huge success, as well as Krog Street Market, and upcoming projects in Reynoldstown and Grant Park are expected to be successful as well.

I'm not sure what evidence you can produce that indicates that Atlanta is losing its appeal.

No. That thread would be "Is Atlanta's appeal tanking?". Instead of, "Why is Atlanta's appeal tanking"?

Obviously you didn't read their entire message. Furthermore even if you don't agree with how they phrased their question there's no need to be rude.
