Yeah, that is pretty bad. More planners need to clue in to that too many on-ramps and off-ramps are triggering a lot of these backups on the highways. But whatever, I avoid driving in that area anyways.

This park would have a great skyline view. Johnson Ferry Rd bridge does. It's one of the only vantage points where Buckhead and Midtown and Downtown all combines in the view and looks like one dense skyline.

The downtown connector should be an example of how too many ramps in a very short distance kill efficiency.
