Closing on a house and I would like a real estate lawyer present at closing. Does anyone know of anyone reliable in the Alpharetta area?

Call Joe Ferguson at Ferguson McManamy at his office in Buckhead. He also has an office on Old Milton Parkway. He is a great guy and very knowledgable!

Is it advisable to have a lawyer present at closing? I ask because there is a strong possibility that we will close on our house before we finally move to the states from England.
