I've always been impressed with their accents, especially when I found out they were British awhile ago.

Not sure why I'm even still watching the show at this point, so much of it is just dumb. What does that say about me?...

Tikka, well the other day I missed half an episode and at first was mad but then saw that I probably just missed a bunch of talking and stalling. It was right before rick got pushed down all that trash to fight a walker. I was surprised by how.much I didn't care. Maybe it is because it's all getting old. I saw somewhere.that someone said they have ideas that could take.them all the way to a season 13. I was thinking...really?!?! Haha. I am past tired of seeing rick as the leader. Also, I notice that when a person who is black enters the show, another one dies shortly after. It's like they have a quota for black people. I am pretty sure I will stop watching before the season is over. Neagan talks too.much, etc.

I know that Carol Peletier worked as a casting director here (Stilwell Casting) before her TWD days, so there may be a connection there.

Her name isn't Carol Peletier. It's Melissa McBride

I am not too surprised about the British and how they do U.S. accents. They are so much more exposed to our media than we are theirs. They still obviously probably get people to train them for specific accents or live in the area for a while to pick up on it.

US Southern accents and British accents actually have a lot of similarities

I will admit, the walker with spikes coming out of it in the trash pile was pretty cool. But the scene were Rick was standing on a mountain of trash was too fake to be acceptable. Talk about half-assing your CGI...

I can't get over the fact that they are supposed to be right outside Washington, DC but it is so obvious they are still in Coweta County, Georgia. The scenery looks the same. All those pine trees! You just don't see those kinds of pine trees up around Washington, DC

I still enjoy the show. Negan is entirely believable to me. In the event of civilizational collapse, a dictatorial character that grows a large following is entirely believable. I do wonder when/if Andy Lincoln will tire of his role. I have thought for a while now that they are grooming the Carol character to take the leadership role. I guess some people are getting tired of it, but I don't understand why. The ENTIRE show is and always has been based upon a pretty large suspension of disbelief.

It remains the show to beat in ratings.
