Compare this 10 acre site, the "largest remaining undeveloped site" in O4W, to the 60 acre Hulsey Yard in Reynoldstown. That's got to be the largest potential redevelopment site on the eastside trail.

Well, hopfully they do a good job with it. I haven't seen too much to complain about with the Murder Kroger site, but I'll wait to see what plans they develop for this one.

I'm looking forward to see what they propose. Wonder if it will be something above 5 stories, maybe more in line with the 20 +/- stories of the Murder Kroger site? That project alone is going to change the landscape of the area...

Look at Paris, Haussmann's renovations are all 4-6 stories.

Good idea, I think I will.
With regard to the Beltline, the European cities are exactly what our source of inspiration should be. We ought to be thinking of what we want it to be in 200 years, not just 20.

The new project would include two 12-story office buildings, a 50-to 75-room boutique hotel, 200,000 square feet of retail space and at least 700 residential units.
