I feel the same way about how tacitly most of Georgia feels it always has to support Nathan Deal because they think Georgia should have a white governor regardless of his merits, history, or clear culture of corruption. Yeah, I felt the EXACT same way when the majority of white Georgians overwhelmingly voted to reelect to Nathan Deal in 2014, whom was forced to resign from his former Congressional seat because of blatant corruption yet rewarded by his peers to become the governor twice. Sounds eerily familiar doesn't your very argument doesn't?

Not really. That's republicans voting Republican, as they always do. A black Republican against a white democrat would still likely win.

No, it really is. It's white Georgians being white Georgians as they always do. Otherwise, there would have been more black statewide elected officials in this state. Also I just love the Democracy Party of Georgia establishment trying to make shady remarks about black lady Stacey Abrams to pretend like white lady Stacy Evans is more viable Democratic gubernatorial candidate for statewide. So you can save that invalid attempt to dissuade the clearly obvious parallels between the two entities.

So if you can jump to that conclusion is it also fair to say that the only reason some are supporting Mary Norwood because she is white. Does that make you sick too?

Anyone voting for somebody using sex/race/religion/etc. as their primary determinant is a moron that needs to go take a long walk off a short pier.

Can you show me where any Atlanta black politician has endorsed a white person for mayor?

Your comments are laughable. Especially about Evans. A white mayor is inevitable at some point and it isn’t anything to be worried about. Nothing will change and the idea that Atlanta must have a black mayor is absolutely bigoted.

Difference is the white candidates are not making the vote a racial issue with code speak and racist signs like “vote the black slate”. White people are not scared of or voting to prevent a black mayor. Black people are desperately trying to prevent a white mayor with scare tactics and racist rhetoric. It is despicable. Especially in 2017.
