Well, there's also that difference of $23,000 per year vs. free. If I had $23,000 per year to put towards his school, I would absolutely be choosing a private school.

There's also Atlanta Westside Charter School. I know a couple of families that love it there. It is on the opposite end of the spectrum from ACA--less structured than traditional public school, etc. I don't know if their lottery is over or what, and you know, I'm sure their test scores are terrible. LOL. But just a thought.
