Somewhat silly question here -- I'll be driving from Atlanta (exit 89 off 85) to Marietta (Johnson Ferry Road) tomorrow. I've never had to drive on the freeways during rush hour (lucky me). On average, how much time should I plan for if I need to be somewhere by 7:30pm on a weeday evening? Google map says the drive will take about 45 minutes (not accounting for traffic, of course). What's the best route?
Thanks so much...!!! |

I would take 85 to 285 West to 75 North. I would give myself at least an hour and a half.
