Yep. Funny how most just buy into the citys narrative.

I guess the FBI doesn't trust their narrative about not taking bribes for city contracts...but yeah, trust them on the Braves thing. Unh-huh.

It's so easy to say "who cares" about THESE Braves.

If the Atlanta Braves ever go to the World Series again, I would bet suddenly fewer people will care about them being technically slightly outside the damn city limits, and they'll get claimed by Atlanta again.

Imagine how bad the traffic would be for those games?

It won't be any worse than Turner Field traffic. Probably better outflow, actually. But still, we need mass transit.

They left because they found a place just outside the city limits that was willing to give them hundreds of millions to build a new ballpark. Kasim Reed was not having any of that.

Speaking of investigations: Liberty Media: No comment on MLB investigation of Braves

Good riddance to the Braves. Summerhill and Atlanta is much better off without. Hope Cobb is enjoying their budget shortfalls.

jsvh, how come you folks who think the Braves were a plague on the city are still so upset about them moving to Cobb?

Because people still use the Braves as a reason to talk down about Atlanta when the Braves were the problem.
