As they should. College campuses are for people, not cars.
The problem is that part of Clifton (N. Decatur to Briarcliff) is a major artery for people in the area and for access to CDC, Emory Hospital and Children's Health Care of Atlanta.
Now they do have a plan to make Haygood the artery south of the railroad tracks, so the heaviest flow will be Briarcliff to Clifton to Haygood to North Decatur. That will make things better for cars and pedestrians around Clifton, but it puts more traffic in front of Druid Hills High School.

Seems like they help with traffic flow, at least when well-used. I appreciate the one where Timber Ridge changes to Lower Roswell near the Cobb and Roswell line.
