And just how do you think people get TO the campus?

The problem is that part of Clifton (N. Decatur to Briarcliff) is a major artery for people in the area and for access to CDC, Emory Hospital and Children's Health Care of Atlanta.

Now they do have a plan to make Haygood the artery south of the railroad tracks, so the heaviest flow will be Briarcliff to Clifton to Haygood to North Decatur. That will make things better for cars and pedestrians around Clifton, but it puts more traffic in front of Druid Hills High School.

The new one in Fayetteville may be multilane - https://www.google.com/maps/place/Fa...!4d-84.4549262

I'm pretty certain the one on St Simons Island is 2 lanes as well

The several in Ansley Park are single, as are the ones out here in the burbs.

Those aren't "really" roundabouts. They are just kind of intersections with circular landscaping in the middle. And the lanes aren't actually striped. Some of them are wide enough to be two lanes.

There lies the problem with roundabouts.
