Looking for Apartment Names - Popular amont Indians (with kids) in Atlanta suburbs (Sandy Springs: apartments)

Hi,
I am looking for specific apartment names where most of the Indians prefers to Live in Atlanta suburban area.
I have two kids (6 and 9 yrs) and hence good school is a major factor for me.
Please note that my job location is not in Atlanta but I am a traveling IT consultant and would like to be in practical commuting distance from major airports. So that I can take flights to my client places every week (could be anywhere in US). So proximity to airport is also another important factor.

I am contemplating on various locations which are airline hubs such as Atlanta/Philadelphia/NJ/Dallas and would like to see what it would be like to live in Atlanta from school, proximity to airport, weather, locality, apartment quality, rent, cost of living etc. Looking to stay in area which are popular among Indians, low crime, good school etc ... I have done some preliminary research and found Decatur, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Johs Creek, Cumming etc as some of the popular area.. But still unable to make up my mind !!

I think it would be very helpful if somebody who is same type of situation as mine can provide me with some specific Apartment names...

There are many Indians (In my opinion) at Parc at Perimeter - Sandy Springs Apartments | Parc At Perimeter in Sandy Springs which has access to MARTA. You can take the MARTA train (Which is nearby) to the airport Airport.

Good evening, Friends4u! There are many Indian families in the Johns Creek area; however, I am afraid your trip to the airport on a weekly basis will make Johns Creek undesirable. I live in that area so trust me - that drive will be horrid on week days. Cumming would present the same problem. Were I you, I would focus more on areas closer to intown. You may not find as many Indian communities, but you save a lot of hair!

I'm starting to feel a bit like a broken record, but I really like the area I live in, which is Duluth/Suwanee area, but right off the I-85. It's a straight shot to the airport. Not super close, but pretty direct. The area has a lot of Indians (maybe not as much as Alpharetta or Johns Creek, but relatively close to both, and a MUCH better commute to the airport, plus... there are still a lot of Indians - and alot in IT ) and very good schools. The I-85 also has a PeachPass express lane that you can pay to take (or, it's free if you have an alternative fuel vehicle and get the proper plates). Most people told me to stay away from this area for a commute to midtown, but I don't find it bad at all, and I'm doing it everyday. I find that a lot of people in Sandy Springs or Dunwoody, while physically closer, have commutes just as long as mine, and with not as well-rated public schools.

Just my two cents.

Yeah, all of the complexes in Sandy Springs and Dunwoody around Ashford-Dunwoody road are chock full of South Asians.

You don't see this question asked here very much, but it must be asked somewhere else. I've always been curious how the Indians figure out exactly where to live to be next to each other.

There are several neighborhoods on McGinnis Ferry Rd in Johns Creek where if you look at the graduation banners, you see nothing but Indian names. I always wondered how they collectively figured out to all buy houses in the same neighborhood. I think I've posed that question here before.

I would imagine there's probably social locations they go to ( e.g. temple or something of the sort ) along with religious holidays, etc that things get discussed.
