Atlanta Move - Where in Buckhead? (Lenox: for sale, apartments, rentals)

my SO and I have narrowed down to two cities and Atlanta is strong in the running due to the housing costs vs. the Mid-Atlanta/Northeast. in ATL we've decided on Buckhead condo living for the first year. after a year we'd consider purchasing.

about us: pretty simple. she's mid-20s, i'm late 30s. both work from home. no children, no pets.

apartment/loft building needs:

- walking distance from retail, shopping, restaurants

- preference for a smaller high-rise building. we'd like a view.

- lots of natural light - floor to ceiling windows covering large areas would be PERFECT.

- security, 24/7 concierge, gym, club house or business center in the bldg.

I tell you a building I've always liked and we had some firends who lived there and liked it. 325 Paces is in the Village and you can walk everywhere. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and umpteen zillion restaurants, bars and shops.

Looks like they've got some nice 2/2's for rent at fairly reasonable prices.

I live close to SkyHouse. As a warning, it's pretty sketchy. Drugs are allegedly sold and used in the building regularly. According to multiple residents, there was an FBI raid there last year, and I witnessed the APD cuff someone on the premises, as well as search outside of the parking garage with flashlights for who knows what on a separate night. I've also been solicited for money on multiple occasions by people sitting near the entrance. In fairness, things have been quiet recently.
